PeakPractice Document Management

PeakPractice handles all document management.  You can scan images and documents into the patient chart whether it has a barcode or not.  It's easy to import electronic documents into the electronic chart.  Once inside PeakPractice, you can combine documents into one, or even divide them into seperate pages.  PeakPractice also provides customizable categories for sorting and organizing documents within the program.

PeakPractice Image Management also keeps track of signed consent forms (which can either be scanned in or even signed electronically with en ePad) and printed documents.  X-rays, EKG's and photos are also accessible within the Image Management Dashboard.  You can even keep referrals on file.  It's easy and it's organized!
