Peak Practice allows for electronic note taking. These notes are all viewable from the master chart. They can easily be imported quickly from the patient portal or kiosk.

You can enter notes in a variety of ways, which ever suites your style. You can either use a "point and click" method, free text typing, or even voice recording and dictation with voice recognition software.

You can use customized templates to provide fast, accurate documentation. The templates allow you to add sections or values to the note on the fly.

Based on previous notes, intelligent logic presents possible history of present illness (HPI) questions for you to ask based on the chief complaint (all from the master chart). E & M codes are also suggested based on documentation provided and other procedure codes are automatically added where appropriate.
